The SmartDispenser® fluid dispensing system uses AirFree® linear-drive fluid dispense technology to achieve the highest repeatability when dispensing assembly fluids. The SmartDispenser® standardizes fluid dispense programs per product, allowing manufacturers to reduce the cost of product validation. One dispense program can be established globally, with no change to fluid deposits.
The AirFree® technology of the SmartDispenser® eliminates fluid waste, rework, rejects and costly air compressors to maximize profitability. With the SmartDispenser®, manufacturers can achieve total process control throughout the dispensing process. Pneumatic dispensing products cannot provide this.
SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand
The SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand is designed to accompany the SmartDispenser®. It is designed to greatly improve handheld benchtop dispensing by increasing productivity while simultaneously reducing rejections and reworks. It acts as an anchor, protective barrier, and a space saver.
It includes four powerful suction cups at the bottom that attach the SmartDispenser® to the workbench, so it is easily repositioned. By pressing the suction cups of the SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand down firmly, the workstation is anchored to the workbench. This eliminates any chance of accidental damage from the SmartDispenser® sliding off of the workbench.
Specifications of the SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand
The SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand was manufactured from cast aluminum allowing the SmartDispenser® to slide effortlessly into the Table Mount and Gun Stand base. The cast iron base acts as a protective barrier for the molded plastics SmartDispenser® chassis. It eliminates any chance of damage from production tools or equipment in the manufacturing environment.
The SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand allows you to stack up to four SmartDispenser® control centers, saving valuable workbench space. Each level of the SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand provides a dispense gun holder and a cable manager for ease of use. The cable manager keeps the dispense gun cable elevated and out of the way while assembling your product.
The SmartDispenser® Table Mount and Gun Stand is designed to improve the performance of the SmartDispenser®. Also included with it is a magnifying glass from micro product assembly, a work light for poorly lit areas, and a cable manager. Each item easily mounts into a predetermined slot on the accessory base.
