Eliminate Human Error
Once the Auto Program Load – Machine Verify SmartApp™ is installed, the Administrator can activate the SmartApp allowing the operator to scan a finished products bar code to automatically load the fluid dispense program specified for the assembly of the finished product. This SmartApp™ eliminates the potential of a human erroneously selecting the wrong dispense program.
Operation Sequence:
- Operator scans the bar code on a finished product.
- SmartDispenser® finds the machine name and finished product bar code number in database.
- SmartDispenser® automatically loads the specified fluid dispense program.
Device History Record Automatically Recorded:
- The machine name and program used for the production run is recorded in an Excel CSV file.
- Excel CSV file is created daily.
- Excel CSV file can be download to a USB memory stick or automatically emailed from the SmartDispenser® to the Production Manager daily.
