Our SmartDispenser^® Fluid Dispenser System uses a combination of our patented AirFree^® Dispense technology in conjunction with a with a Windows operating system. Plus our systems also have the ability to network with newly designed platforms for downloadable Apps for improved productivity, monitoring and accuracy.
What is the difference between a AirFree^® fluid dispense system and the older pneumatic systems?
The SmartDispenser^® uses AirFree^® linear-drive dispense technology to achieve the highest repeatability when dispensing fluids. This innovative technology allows you to set one dispense program globally, with no change to fluid deposits. By having this ability built in, being able to set standardize dispense programs per product, it reduces the cost of product validation. There is also less waste, fewer rejects, more accuracy and this leads to higher profits.
