Fishman Adds Director of Business Development

Nancy Gleason has joined Fishman Corporation as Director of Business Development. She is charged
with identifying new markets and applications for Fishman’s proprietary AirFree™ fluid dispensing
technologies. Nancy will lead sales and marketing initiatives worldwide that cement Fishman’s
position as the leader in AirFree™ innovation.  

Nancy most recently spent 15 years in management positions with the Nordson Corporation and its’
subsidiary EFD.  As the Manager of Nordson Life Sciences Group for the past 6 years, Nancy led efforts
across all company divisions and geographies selling Nordson dispensing, automation and surface
modification equipment into the medical device, clinical diagnostic, drug delivery and pharmaceutical
markets.
