The SmartDispenser^® Benchtop Automation System can be networked with the local server for remote programing via any desktop, laptop or Smartphone.  Each SmartDispenser^® comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Ultimate operating system.  The IT department simply adds the SmartDispenser^® using the same protocalls already established for adding a desktop or laptop computer to the secure network.

Once networked the LogMeIn Professional service, free for the life of the dispenser courtsey of Fishman^® Corportation, allows access to the SmartDispenser^® from any desktop, laptop or Smartphone worldwide.  Communicate via Skype directly through the SmartDispenser^® to the produciton floor while streaming video.  Debug problems, help with installation, review, internal quality problem and receive Fishman^® Technical Support from a Fishman^® Technician in real time.  Problems resolved in hours not days.
