Device History Report Update SmartApp

Customize Your SmartDispenser® Solution

Each SmartDispenser® automatically creates a device history report at the end of each production day. The report is created at SmartDispenser® log off and shut down or at 12:00AM if the system is left on. The report is saved to the hard drive in an Excel CSV format. The device history report contains the following information:

  • Number of fluid deposits/products produced for all time.
  • Number of fluid deposits/products produced in the last 24 hours.
  • Number of fluid deposits/products produced per day for the last 28 days.
  • Fluid dispensing saved programs stored on the SmartDispenser® hard drive.
  • The fluid dispensing program used by the operator during the production runs.

If using a scale:

  • Records the fluid deposit weights of each dispense.
  • Records the fluid deposit weight out of specification.
  • Other SmartApps purchase may add additional data to the device history record.

Once installed, the Device History Report Update SmartApp changes the terminology on the report from engineering terms such as “motor cycles” to production terms such as “Fluid Deposits”. The change makes it easier for the non-engineer to understand the data presented on the report.
