Confirm proper syringe and tip via Webcam Dispensing Monitoring
Quality management uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products, such as the SmartDispenser®, to achieve more consistent quality. Use the installed webcam to verify the syringe and dispense tip adhere to the Programming Specification. Watch the production run in real time. Remote viewing can happen over the cloud via Glance Networks or via the secure internal server via Windows RDP.
Review issues with other vendors, such as the fluid manufacturer. Other vendors can use the SmartDispenser®-Information-Highway™ by using the Glance Networks video feed. Simply click the Glance icon located on the SmartDispenser® home screen, enter the email address of your vendor and activate the video feed.
