AirFree^® dispense technology, featuring the Linear Drive Dispense System (LDS), replacing air as the drive system, to dispense assembly fluids such as epoxies, adhesives, solvents, cyanoacrylate, ultra violet adhesive (UV) and many more. The LDS stabilizes the forward and reverse motion, controlling the dispense fluid, so the total distance traveled, stroke length, is exactly the same every time. Electricity replaces air and a universal power supply regulates current guaranteeing each SmartDispenser^® will perform exactly the same anywhere in the world. The SmartDispenser® delivers repeatability up to +/-2% of deposit size.
