All Genius® fluid dispense tips are produced in our own silicone-free facilities, and are subjected to stringent quality control inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Perfectly Straight

PosiLok™ polypropylene  hubs with passivated stainless steel dispensing tips handle a wide range of fluid dispensing and applications. Available in 1/4″, 1/2″, 1″ and 1-1/2″ lengths, with internal diameters from 0.060″to 0.004″.
 

Straight but Flexible

PosiLok™ flexible polypropylene tubing reaches into hard-to-access areas and will not scratch delicate surfaces. Easily cut to size or angled as needed.
 

Tapered PosiLok™ FreeFlow™

PosiLok™ FreeFlow™ tapered tips provide fast, smooth application of medium to high viscosity fluids – especially thick or particle-filled materials like epoxies, RTV silicones, and even brazing paste.

Available in three styles:

  • Flexible translucent tips are molded of polyethylene and a light-blocking additive that protects UV-sensitive fluids.
  • Rigid opaque tips are molded of polypropylene, and the opacity of the material delivers light-blocking functionality to protect light-sensitive fluids.
  • Proprietary plastic tips are formulated for non-bind/no-stick dispensing of cyanoacrylate adhesives.

 

Precisely Bent

General Purpose tips bent both 45 & 90 degrees are available in 0.5” , 1” and 1.5” lengths.
 

Fine Surface – Chamfered Tips

Chamfered tip orifice facilitate insertion between delicate surfaces. Smaller sizes are useful when making microdots through low-viscosity fluid dispensing. Tips decrease fluid wicking during fluid dispensing.
 

Teflon®*

Flexible Teflon® tubing reaches into hard-to-access areas and will not scratch delicate surfaces. Easily cut to size or angled as needed. Ideal for use with cyanoacrylate adhesives.

Teflon®* Lined

Teflon® burr and flash-free tips assure accurate deposit control. Recommended for use with fluids that react to bond with metals, such as cyanoacrylates. The tips prevent scratching.
