Inventory Scan App

• Set bar codes with reorder quantity on the inventory bin.
• Scan bar code on inventory bins generating automatic reorder quantities.
• Visual inspection indicates reorder needed.
• Bar code scanned, Part Number, order quantity and price in shopping cart.
• Blue-tooth scanner connected to SmartDispenser®.
• Click send an automatic order request is sent from production to buyer or a send direct to Fishman.

Automation App

• Software that imports the X axis, Y axis and Z axis speeds from integrator's PLC and uses mathematical formulation to create a relationship between the XY speeds and the gun motor speed. As one is adjusted the other is adjusted.
• Allowing the programmer to slow the speeds around corners while beading with the above relationship.
• A manual override that shows all three speeds on screen and allows adjustment to either speed that exports to PLC and updates automation system.

Transfer Program App

• Sends LDS9000® programs from one machine to the next wirelessly.

Half Step App

• Divide speeds and volumes by two on LDAV, MDAV and SDAV dispensing systems.

Smart Camera App

• Software to run a vision inspection camera.
