The OTS Automation Platform from Fishman® Corporation provides System Integrators with an off-the-shelf XYZ Cartesian module with ±2 µm repeatability, 10x higher precision and 4 m/s speed to help accelerate the delivery of custom solutions. In addition, its Z-Axis Zero Downtime design features a precision ball screw actuator with a tight 2 mm lead and ≤3 µm backlash, as well as a 165 mm stroke to handle tall parts. Its E-Stop Safe design also allows the Z-Axis to maintain stable motion which offers crash-proof and viscosity-safe advantages.
