Fluid Level Alarm SmartApp™

Function: The SmartDispenser^® monitors the fluid level in the reservoir (syringe). When the fluid level drops below the low-level alarm setting, the SmartDispenser^® either sends a warning to its touch screen or stops the fluid dispense process entirely.

Benefit: Prevents the operator or automation system from letting the SmartDispenser^®’s fluid reservoir (syringe) run dry.

Fluid Level Alarm—PLC SmartApp™

Function: The SmartDispenser^® monitors the fluid level in the reservoir (syringe). When the fluid level drops below the low-level alarm setting, the alarm output is activated via the PLC and the 12 pin I/O terminal which stops the fluid dispense process entirely.

Benefit: Prevents the operator or automation system from letting the SmartDispenser^®’s fluid reservoir (syringe) run dry.

Pre-mixed Timer SmartApp™

Function: The SmartDispenser^® monitors the work life of the epoxy, so if the production run exceeds its work life, a pop-up message appears on the SmartDispenser^® touch screen, locking the system.

Benefit: Prevents the operator from dispensing beyond the recommended work life of the epoxy.

Two Component Cartridge Timer SmartApp™

Function: The SmartDispenser^® monitors the work life of the epoxy, so if the production run exceeds its work life, a pop-up message appears on the SmartDispenser^® touch screen, locking the system.

Benefit: Prevents the operator from dispensing beyond the recommended work life of the epoxy.

Rename Program-Auto Retract SmartApp™

Function: Allows the operator to change numeric dispense program numbers, from 1-32, to intuitive names.

Benefit: Reduces the chance that operators will select the incorrect program. It also helps shorten setup/changeover times.
