Operator Name Login SmartApp™

Function: Allows the login name to be changed to the operator’s actual name.

Benefit: Records the operator’s name, date, and time of both login and logoff automatically on the device history record (Excel CSV File).  This ensures that management has documentation specifying who was operating the SmartDispenser^® and when that operation occurred, which helps provide greater quality control.

Password Automatic Expiration SmartApp™

Function: Automatically expires a user’s password at a preset future date.

Benefit: Expands management’s security parameters. This is advantageous when working with temporary workers or outside contractors.

Operator Training SmartApp™

Function: Requires operators to log in to the SmartDispenser^® using a bar code scan.

Benefit: Provides management with greater security control over who is operating the SmartDispenser,^® assuring that only trained operators are permitted to do so.

Auto Login SmartApp™

Function: Deactivates the SmartDispenser^®’s login menu allowing the operator to proceed right to the fluid dispense program menu.

Benefit: Speeds up and simplifies production by eliminating the need for login or password credentials.

Keyboard SmartApp™

Function: Adds “Forward” and “Reverse” buttons to the SmartDispenser^®’s touch menu.

Benefit: Gives operators greater control by allowing them to advance and retract the Linear Drive Dispense Gun manually.

Contractor SmartApp™

Function: Allows multiple Linear Drive Dispense Guns to be used with a single SmartDispenser^® control box.

Benefit: Offers greater flexibility to research & development labs and for small batch job shop applications.
