Auto Export Device History Report SmartApp™

Function: Automatically exports the most recent device history record/production data to a USB flash drive immediately after it is inserted into the SmartDispenser^®’s USB drive. This reporting function is especially useful to medical device manufacturers because it helps them to meet regulatory requirements by documenting traceability.

Benefit: Provides management with the previous day’s production data instantly for import in to Excel for analysis. The key data collected is ideal for conducting operator reviews, improving workstation efficiency and security, enhancing quality control and obtaining cost accounting data at the point of fluid dispense.

Expand Save Locations SmartApp™

Function: Allows production managers to expand the 32 saved dispense programs to 75.

Benefit: Provides greater flexibility by providing more space for saved dispense programs.

Import–Export Step Count SmartApp™

Function: Allows a single operator to use four Linear Drive Dispense Guns; each with a different assembly fluid. It also provides the flexibility to change among the four guns without completely emptying the fluid reservoir (syringe).

Benefit: Offers greater flexibility to research & development labs and for small batch job shop applications.
