Quality Fluid Dispensing Traceability
To ensure quality fluid dispensing traceability with the SmartDispenser® these steps need to be followed:
1. Create a Master Capabilities Report. This is used to generate the Program Specification, which contains the dispense program, syringe size, and dispense tip.
2. Assign Master Programmer Code to one individual, such as the quality manager. This person will control all programs and program changes to ensure consistency.
3. Verify syringe and dispense tips comply with the product specification. This is done from the point of dispense via a video feed to any laptop, desktop or smartphone.
4. Install a calibration station in the quality control lab. Compare each calibration to the Master Capabilities Report for a pass fail on the calibration cycle.
