I’ll Have Another…Belmont, 10 Reasons Fishman®’s Customers are Saying, “I’ll Have Another”

When the first Fishman® linear drive dispense system was introduced in early 2000, manufacturers  would routinely call Fishman® when they had a critical fluid assembly application that required  the repeatability only an air free fluid dispenser could offer. Typically, they had run tests with every pneumatic fluid dispenser, and could not get what they needed.  Invariably, Fishman®‘s LDS solved their repeatability problem and they purchased an LDS.  As their manufacturing facilities began to adapt to new initiatives such as closed loop process control, LEAN,  sustainability , global migration and the use of more wide ranging fluids such as cyanoacrylates and tough to dispense 2 component epoxies, LDS customers began to see our linear drive, volumetric fluid dispensing as the standard method of dispense, the only one that could do it all;

10 Reasons Why Fishman®‘s Linear Drive Fluid Dispensing Systems Customers are Saying, “I’ll Have Another….. SmartDispenser

1.  Need to Transfer Exact Fluid Dispensing Processes Designed in US  to Global Facilities.  Fishman®‘s “Smart” AirFree® technology allows the same dispensing parameters to be set at all your facilities, across the country or around the world, and those parameters will not fluctuate.

2. Closed Loop Process Control SmartDispenser® is designed to communicate with an A&D Analytical Weighing Sensor.

3. Increasing Use of Cyanoacrylates  The linear drive SmartDispenser system removes unreliable moisture-filled air from the dispensing process ensuring good bond strength.

4. Increasing Use of  2 Component Epoxies and other fluids with changing viscosities over time of dispense.

5. Desire  for Real Time Production Data for management.

6Corporate Sustainabilty Objectives SmartDispenser® is the first fluid dispensing system to say “no” to compressed air.  Compressed air is one of the most expensive uses of energy in a manufacturing plant.

7. Validation and Certification Requirements for Traceability at Point-of-Dispense System via generated reports and visual verification tools

8. More and Better Company Training Programs  Production managers can upload work instructions to all SmartDispensers® globally, in multiple languages.

9. Use of Automation for Fluid Dispensing Assembly Applications The SmartDispenser® Integration Kit (SDIK) is designed to mount on a 19″ din rail in an electronics cabinet on any fully automated dispense system

10.Product Life Cycles are Shorter The SmartDispenser® is designed to adapt to the needs of 21st Century manufacturers with custom software applications with  SmartApps™.
