Our History Lesson begins nearly 50 years ago
In 1975, fluid dispense systems were rudimentary machines producing inconsistent results. This was because they lacked any form of built-in intelligent control, meaning that factors such as syringe size, requested fluid volume, speed, and reverse motion had to be carefully and constantly monitored by operators in order to achieve some semblance of process control. Compounding the lack of authority was the fact that these machines rely on unpredictable compressed air to dispense fluid amounts, leaving manufacturers with poor accuracy and repeatability.
Fast-forward to 2001 and beyond
Jump ahead by more than a quarter century, and shockingly, precious little has changed. Compressed air fluid dispense systems offered by the competition still remain simplistic and difficult to accurately control, much like they were back in 1975. Even when you get to 2010, these many shortcomings are still plaguing manufacturers. The competition is simply stuck in the past with no sign of them moving forward.
