AirFree® Reorder Program is remarkable and rewarding

This knowledge motivates us to do whatever we can to guarantee our customers always have plenty of supplies in stock for the SmartDispenser®s they count on to assemble the products they’re making. One of the most efficient and cost-effective ways we assist customers is with the AirFree® Reorder Program. It not only ensures customers have everything they need, but it also saves them money by letting them order their annual volume of Genius® Dispense Tips and Syringes all at once, which allows them to take advantage of our volume-buying price breaks.

Savings are on order and ready to ship to our customers

If a customer purchases Genius® Dispense Tips and Syringes on an as-needed basis, which, say, is 10,000 pieces per month, they’d pay 67 cents per piece, making their annual cost $80,400. But when customers shift to the AirFree® Reorder Program, the price per piece goes down, and with it, so does the annual cost. For example, based on an Annual Order of 120,000 pieces, the per piece goes down from the aforementioned 67 cents to 55 cents per piece. That adds up to a total annual cost of $66,000, resulting in an annual savings of $14,400.

Savings and convenience with no risk to customers

There’s absolutely no risk to our customers for taking advantage of the AirFree® Reorder Program, because if their annual usage drops, all they need to do is cancel the remaining monthly shipments. For example, if the customer orders 100,000 pieces and they only use 50,000, they simply cancel the remaining 50,000 pieces that are on order, and Fishman® will bill them for the difference in price between 100,000 and 50,000. All they have to do is give Fishman® at least two weeks’ notice to cancel the remaining shipments.

For starters, the program helps to reduce the number of hours our customers spend purchasing supplies. It also makes the most of just-in-time delivery for lean manufacturing, because all a customer needs to do is provide Fishman® with only two weeks advance notice to cancel, expedite, or reschedule a shipment of Genius® Dispense Tips and Syringes. Furthermore, when the order comes, customers take receipt of their supplies in dust-free packaging for easy inventory control. All this, plus the added assurance of risk-free ordering, makes taking advantage of the AirFree® Reorder Program a no-brainer.
