AirFree^® Technology provides algorithmic process control allowing for valve control via numeric programming. This lets manufacturers control movements within one thousandth of an inch and speed by inches per second.

 

When algorithms controlling multiple robot axes are coordinated with the algorithms managing the SmartDispenser^®, you have an automation solution that assures unprecedented control of fluid deposits and fluid beading.

 


The SmartValve^™ – Diaphragm is ideal for low viscosity fluids. The wetted part consists of a UHMW polyethylene diaphragm and Delrin^® fluid body. The volume dispense depends on diaphragm open distance, diaphragm open time, viscosity, fluid pressure and tip size.
