Program Choice 4
Program Choice 4, for use with 37ml, 50ml, and 75ml side-by-side cartridges, features the SmartDispenser® MINI™ DualDrive™ System with AlgorithmicControl™. With it, manufacturers can have the performance of a SmartDispenser® at a more affordable price, making it the ideal choice when running budget-sensitive applications or when developing new applications in the R&D laboratory. AlgorithmicControl™ is the key to achieving optimum precision in fluid dispensing, because it gives manufacturers the ability to apply algorithms to a mechanical drive. This ensures the delivery of fluid deposits with the highest degree of repeatability. It also simplifies the process of making adjustments because parameters such as fluid deposit size and speed are numerical inputs instead of hit-or-miss calculations. This makes workstation-to-workstation performance standardization possible.
Program Choice 5
Program Choice 5, for use with 37ml, 50ml, and 75ml side-by-side cartridges, features the SmartDispenser® Benchtop System with AirFree® Technology. It delivers all of the advantages of AlgorithmicControl,™ and provides manufacturers with the ability to add various smart features to it that help eliminate human error and increase productivity. With this level of intelligence, the SmartDispenser® can make decisions, report production data, reduce PLC programming, and establish machine-to-machine cross communication between workstations and with MES systems. All of which helps manufacturers achieve far greater control of the assembly process, allowing them to reap the many rewards that come along with it.
Program Choice 6
Program Choice 6, for use with pressure tanks, such as 1 Liter, 5 Liter, 37 Liter, etc., features the SmartValve™ and the SmartDispenser® MINI™ with AlgorithmicControl™ which, when combined, deliver pinpoint valve control, along with all of the other advantages delivered by AlgorithmicControl™, as outlined in Program Choice 4. The SmartValve™ can be handheld or statically mounted for both hand-held style dispensing or mounted to a benchtop fixture for ease of product assembly.
Program Choice 7
Program Choice 7, for use with pressure tanks, such as 1 Liter, 5 Liter, 37 Liter, etc., features the SmartValve™ and the SmartDispenser® with AlgorithmicControl™ and AirFree® Technology. This allows for pinpoint valve control, and provides manufacturers with a host of additional important benefits not attainable with compressed air systems, as outlined in Program Choices 4 and 5. The SmartValve™ can be handheld or statically mounted for both hand-held style dispensing or mounted to a benchtop fixture for ease of product assembly.
Program Choice 8
Program Choice 8, for use with pressure tanks, such as 1 Liter, 5 Liter, 37 Liter, etc., is an automation integration kit that can work with any automation platform. It combines AlgorithmicControl™ with SmartAutomation™ for pinpoint valve control. This combination also enables the control of multiple robot axes that are coordinated with the algorithms that manage the SmartDispenser®. Of course, it also gives manufacturers all of the benefits inherent with AirFree® Technology; benefits that make the SmartDispenser® one very intelligent piece of equipment.
