Genius® AirFree® Syringes
Genius® AirFree® Syringes come in various barrel designs to handle various types of assembly fluids. Our General Purpose Syringe Barrels are made of clear polymer manufactured to precise tolerances and certified for industrial use. They’re ideal for all assembly fluids, except light-sensitive fluids. For those needs, we offer Light-Sensitive Syringe Barrels that help protect light-sensitive fluids from premature curing in the syringe. We also offer Amber Syringe Barrels designed to block UV and visible light wavelengths between 240-550 nm, while still allowing fluid levels to be monitored. When a customer’s needs call for complete protection for light-sensitive fluids, Fishman® has opaque black Syringe Barrels. Rounding out the offerings from Genius® AirFree® Syringes are clear polymer syringe barrels manufactured from a proprietary plastic designed for dispensing cyanoacrylate adhesives. This specialized material prevents the plunger from bonding to the barrel and the tip cap from bonding to the luer connection.
Genius® PosiLok™ Disposable Dispensing Tips
All Genius® PosiLok™ Disposable Dispensing Tips are produced in Fishman®’s own silicone-free facilities and are subjected to stringent quality control inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process. Again, Fishman® offers an array of tip types to ensure every dispensing need is met, from Perfectly Straight and Straight but Flexible, to Tapered PosiLok™ FreeFlow, which come in three styles: flexible translucent tips, rigid opaque tips, and proprietary plastic tips for CA adhesives. Fishman® also offers Precisely Bent tips, and tips made either entirely of Teflon or only Teflon-lined.
Genius® Reusable Dispense Tips
When reusable dispense tips are called for, Fishman® offers Genius® Reusable Dispense Tips. These are an excellent solution for most laboratory, surgical, and industrial low-pressure or high-pressure applications. The fluid dispense tips in this category are available in virtually any length needed. In addition to lengths, Fishman® will manufacture bends, slots, or curves to meet a customer’s requirements. Customers can rest easy knowing that all Genius® Reusable Dispense Tips are produced in Fishman®’s own silicone-free facilities and are subjected to stringent quality control inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Miniature Stainless Steel Tubing
When manufacturers require small diameter stainless steel tubing of the highest quality, Fishman® Corporation offers them a complete array of pre-cut stock and custom tubing lengths. For added assurance, all cut miniature stainless steel tubing is silicone-free. Additionally, all tubing is deburred and passivated as part of post-processing. To help make certain all manufacturing needs are met, Fishman® also supplies thin and extra thin wall tubing upon request.
