The last few blogs El Presidente has been telling you how the SmartDispenser® saves. Well as Ricky Ricardo once said to Lucy, Lucy, let me S’plain! There are two applications El Presidente would like to tell you about. AirFree™ technology has been chosen to dispense radioactive iodine into a gel cap for the treatment of thyroid cancer and it is also being used as the drive system to plot bio ink (a liquid made up of human cells).
The first application involves using the AirFree™ technology integrated into an XYZ automated platform to puncture a vial of radioactive isotope, aspirate the fluid through the dispense tip into the syringe using reverse motion, move to a gel cap, puncture and fill the gel cap with a precise amount of the fluid. The gel cap is off to the hospital and in the body within hours. Nuclear pharmacies around the country have committed to the AirFree™ technology to deliver this critical medication.
The second application is a revolutionary new technology plotting bio ink cells allowing them to cluster together and grow. A key part of the process is that the bio ink needs to be carefully layered, if properly done with precision and high repeatability, a 3-D structure takes shape. Last year the first branching vascular tissue was printed and a successful implant of a nerve graph into an animal was completed. Currently only simple tissues like blood vessels, can be printed but this is only first step to printing and growing skin, muscle and eventually organs for transplant.
Well I have to tell you El Presidente and the 21st Century fluid dispensing marauders designed and built the AirFree™ Technology and the SmartDispenser® for dispensing assembly fluid in manufacturing facilities, however, the precision and accuracy of the system has led us into these critical lifesaving applications. Why? Because we are dispensing mad game Homey! Translation for all you “non-playas”…..Fishman® Corporation is dispensing innovation that my competition “That 70’s Show” simply can’t deal with. For all you newbie’s to my blog, El Presidente refers to competition as “That 70’s Show” because the core of their technology was developed in the 70’s, Yo! For real! I know, right?

So let El Presidente ask, is there anything more important than the fluid that bonds your product together? Did you know the cab to a Peterbuilt semi truck is glued to the frame? It’s true, if the truck is in an accident the fiberglass will shear before the adhesive. What would happen if the cab fell off the frame? What would happen if the IPad fell apart out of the box? More importantly what would happen if the catheter fell apart before reaching the hospital?
